If you’re creative, passionate about eLearning, and interested in instructional design, consider serving on our Leader Academy team. This role helps turn raw training content into engaging, interactive eLearning experiences for staff and leaders across Crossroads. Volunteers in this role can have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the organization—offering insight, support, and creative thinking to help shape in-person or written training content into clear, accessible eLearning courses. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys partnering with others, asking thoughtful questions, and bringing structure and clarity to learning content. Experience with our LMS Auzmor (or a desire to learn it) is a plus!
