Are you someone with lots of experience in the world of learning and development? Do you have expertise in career coaching, training, culture building, instructional design, or curriculum writing? If so, we're looking for people like YOU who are willing to volunteer their time to help our staff members and volunteers grow in these prospective areas. Volunteers in this role have the opportunity to serve in a number of ways. You may meet with staff or ministry teams to offer input, coaching, or perspective on learning and development needs. Review training content and share feedback or suggestions. Help shape curriculum, workshops, or resources based on real-world experience. Support culture-building and leadership development efforts through collaboration and conversation. Take ownership of a learning or training project—from concept through completion—in collaboration with our team. Contribute in flexible ways based on availability, skills, and interest (one-time input or ongoing support).
