The Connection Team helps people feel seen, supported, and invited into something bigger—both online and in person. Whether someone just joined the Anywhere Home, downloaded the Crossroads Anywhere app, or is reaching out for the first time, we’re the first to welcome them in and walk with them as they figure out what church looks like from wherever they are. We’re also the front line of care. When someone needs prayer, encouragement, or direction, they go directly to a person. Someone on this team. Over time, each region will grow with leaders, connectors, and care team members so no one slips through the cracks.
