As a mentor, I strive to be approachable, honest, and encouraging. I believe in creating a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing your goals, and working through challenges. My hope is to support you not only with practical advice, but also by helping you build confidence in your own path and decisions.
I bring over 30 years of experience in public education, having served as a teacher, principal, and district administrator. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping others grow, develop confidence, and reach their full potential whether in the classroom, in church, in leadership, or in life.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a husband of 28 years and a proud father of two grown children. My son is preparing for his upcoming wedding, and my daughter is finishing college and beginning her journey toward becoming a teacher. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the different stages of life and the importance of guidance, encouragement, and support along the way.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, biking, hiking, and volunteering through my church and in the community. I value connection, service, and lifelong learning, and I look forward to bringing those values into my mentoring relationships.
