Open to everyone. We meet weekly in The Hangar, rain or shine. This is a cardio movement class choreographed with easy-to-learn movements for beginners to fitness enthusiasts. Everybody and every BODY belongs. Work your mind, body, and soul with positive music and powerful moves. Feel accepted, connected and empowered. Everyone is welcome, everything can be modified. No experience necessary! We are all about progress over perfection and are working on our health together. Wear comfortable clothes, sneakers and bring some water. Optional light (1-3 lbs) hand weights for a few toning songs. Start anytime, right where you are at!
