The purpose of the Prayer Ruck-Ups is to combine physical exercise with the power of prayer. By going on rucks (a walk or hike with a weighted backpack), we create a unique environment where we build relationships, exercise in nature and pray directly for people in our group and/or others in our community. This group aims to promote breakthroughs through prayer and encouragement. We will ruck every Wednesday from 6am to 7am. We have extra ruck packs along with a weight each member feels comfortable with.
