You are invited! This group is for men of any age that want to create a habit of first thing in the morning of working out, getting outside, and getting stronger through prayer. We will do High-Intensity Interval Training at YOUR hardest pace for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds. We gather every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday- however, you can show up when you can.
