Join me at Armco Park in Lebanon, Ohio as we walk & jog while we enjoy conversation, make local connections, make new friends, and get some exercise in the outdoors. This is a casual walking & jogging group for anyone who wants to get some exercise, get outside, and chat. This is a safe, positive place for conversations about faith, family, life, school; whatever you need! I am a recovering heart patient who is trying to be more active. I am a walker, recently returning to jogging after a long hiatus. ** GROUP STARTS ON 3-27-2025 ** We will meet RAIN OR SHINE, as long as it's above 40 degrees outside.
