Join me at Armco Park in Lebanon, Ohio as we walk & jog while we enjoy conversation, make local connections, make new friends, and get some exercise in the outdoors. This is a casual walking & jogging group for women who want to get some exercise, get outside, and chat. This is a safe, positive place for conversations about faith, family, life, school; whatever you need! I am a recovering heart patient who is trying to be more active. I am a walker, recently returning to jogging after a long hiatus. ** GROUP STARTS ON 3-27-2025 ** We will meet only if the weather is decent. If it’s raining, storming, below 40 degrees or above 85, we will NOT meet. NOTE: We will meet at the "main" Armco Park entrance on 741.
